Refund policy
Online returns:
Online returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
In-store returns:
Full-price items
- Full refund within 7 days of purchase
- Exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase
Sale items
- Full refund within 3 days of purchase
- Exchange or store credit within 5 days of purchase
Condition:
Items must be in original condition — unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with tags still attached.
Final sale:
We do not accept returns on jewelry, intimates, select special occasion attire, or select swimwear. Any item with a price ending in .99 is final sale.
Refunds:
Once your return is accepted, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow a few business days for the refund to process and post to your account.
Return shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
