DESIGNER CONSIGNMENT

Our mission is to sell your gently used designer pieces for the price they deserve. To help us do that, please review the guidelines below before your drop-off.

What we accept

We take current designer clothing that is freshly laundered or dry cleaned and free of stains, odors, pet hair, and holes. Shoes and accessories must be in like-new condition. Before you come in, please sort out any of the common brands we don't accept (listed below) — this keeps drop-offs quick and easy for everyone.

When to drop off

You can drop off any day from the 1st through the 15th of the month. This is a full two-week window — you're welcome to come in on any day during that stretch, not just on the 1st or the 15th. We accept seasonal styles during these times:

  • Spring clothing: February–April
  • Summer clothing: May–June
  • Fall clothing: August–October
  • Winter clothing: November–December

We do not take drop-offs in July or January, as we're preparing for the season change.

How much and how often

One drop-off per customer each month, up to two bags. Please bring bulky or larger items on the side or on hangers.

How you get paid

When your items sell, you receive 60% back in store credit. Your credit works anywhere in the store and never expires. For high-ticket items over $500, we offer a 50/50 split paid by check and mailed to you.

Checking your balance

We don't send notifications when items sell. To check your consignment balance — or for any other questions — just text our store cell phone. Please save this number, as it's also how we'll reach you about season-end pickups.

Season-end pickup

At the end of each season (every 3–4 months), we'll text you if you have items to pick up. You'll have two weeks to collect them. After that, any leftover items are donated, as we're unable to store them.
